چکیده

A case of the agenesis of gallbladder detected at laparotomy for symptomatoloy suggestive of gallbladder disease is described. The agenesis of gallbladder, diagnostic inaccuracies and fallacies of ultrasonography for gallbladder disease are discussed. The diagnosis ofagenesis was substantiated on MRCP, done postoperatively.
